You may be struggling with anxiety, depressed mood, a relationship, life transition, or loss. Or you may be asking yourself questions that feel too overwhelming to find answers to on your own. Finding a safe space to work through some of your thoughts and feelings can offer some much needed relief.
Whether it is your first time considering therapy or you have lots of experience working with a therapist, I offer a non-judgmental, collaborative space for you to process the challenges or experiences you are facing, and to freely explore and express yourself.
I use an integrative approach to help meet the specific needs of each client. My training includes cognitive behavioral, trauma, and psychodynamic therapy. By building a safe, supportive and trusting relationship, I strive to help individuals identify their unmet needs, and develop a stronger sense of empowerment and control in their lives.
Whether through building insight and awareness about reoccurring patterns, or finding practical solutions to promote a more balanced life, I will work with you on your journey to create meaningful and lasting change.
